Discover Bergen through its flavours on an intimate, small-group experience – relaxed, social, and designed to feel like you’re out with friends, discovering the city together.
Inspired by the European aperitivo tradition, this curated walk takes you through the city with a progression of carefully selected tastings. Together with Heidi, your local guide and sommelier, you’ll explore Bergen’s food culture through both flavour and storytelling.
Along the way, you’ll enjoy a selection of high-quality tastings – including Norwegian seafood, local cider, carefully selected wines, champagne and traditional Norwegian specialities. Each stop is chosen for its character, quality and connection to the region.The experience also connects food and drink to Bergen’s history, from the Hanseatic trade to local traditions of preservation and craftsmanship.
The tour ends at a rooftop bar in the city centre, where you’ll enjoy a final drink – the perfect place to either continue your evening or head to a dinner reservation around 20:00.

Heidi Aas Kvalheim is a certified Bergen guide, sommelier and experience creator with a passion for bringing people together through food, wine and local culture.
Since 2016, Heidi has created wine tastings, food experiences and guided walks that connect visitors with the flavours, history and culture of Bergen.
As both a certified city guide and sommelier, she brings together storytelling, local knowledge and carefully selected tastings to create an experience that is both informative and enjoyable.
