Heidi Aas Kvalheim is a certified Bergen guide and a member of both Bergen Guide Association and the Norwegian Guide Association. She is also a member of the Norwegian Sommeliers Association and has completed Sustainable Tourism Training developed by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council  (GSTC).
